A gosso modo el 76 nunca se toca, a grosso modo, en 4 años habrá tocado el 76, dos dias y varias horas que yo recuerde, entre ellas el lunes pasado, (para mi es zona OPA, por intuicion personal y sin fundamento).
O toca 75 o 77, nunca se para en 76.

We completed the submission of an sNDA to
FDA to expand the Zepzelca label to include maintenance therapy in
first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer for patients who have
not progressed during induction chemotherapy. The submission is
based on statistically significant and clinically meaningful progression-
free survival, or PFS, and overall survival, or OS data, from the Phase
III and FORTE trial of Zepzelca in combination with atezolizumab
compared to atezolizumab alone. The results have the potential to be
practice-changing, and we look forward to showcasing the data in an
oral presentation at ASCO on Monday, June 2.
Presentation in a peer-reviewed forum also enables us to submit the
data for potential inclusion in NCCN guidelines in Compania listing

first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer for patients who have
not progressed during induction chemotherapy. The submission is

javi, tarla subió sus ventas un 20% en el 1T. Imaginando que tuviera un 15% del mercado. Eso significa que ha subido a 18%, es decir, nos ha quitado un 3%.
La caida sobre las ventas que se esperaban son seguramente 7% por haber una semana de ventas menos, 3% por perdida de mercado reapecto a tarla y el resto por el cambio de protocolo en SCLC-LS. Excepto lo de tarla lo demás debería ir compensandolo estos meses que viene.

Importantly, we do look forward to both sharing our data at ASCO on the first line and 4K trial where we showed that big and clinically meaningful PFS and OS in our study, a first-line extensive-stage maintenance patients. And so this is something we look forward representing at ASCO and then rapidly submitting that data for potential inclusion in NCC on treatment guidelines.
We do expect this data to be practice changing. And therefore, going into the first line, we look to a larger patient population to treat in the extensive-stage patients, but also longer treatment duration. So we do expect this to contribute to future growth of brands. And we would also expect patients that didn"t receive Zepzelca in first line to have the opportunity to receive it in the second line

Y que % es por la tardanza en llegar a segunda línea de los pacientes de estadio limitado** que empezaron a usar el Adriátic en 1l.
Esos pacientes en segunda reciben los tt de estadio extenso
El Adriátic aportó muchos meses en la OS , evidentemente y mejor para ellos tardan en llegar a segunda línea
De ahí no son muchos pacientes ,pero algo tb influye claro

Exacto. Las cosas parecen claras con la esperada progresión a 1L con los datos de Imforte. El incremento de ventas está ahí, a la vuelta de la esquina. En cuanto a las menores ventas del 1T 2925, para mi tiene la justificación que apunta Ysisí. No le daría muchas vueltas a eso.
